45 Minute Lesson $165 per month

In Home Lessons-teachers will travel to your home for a 1-1 private lesson.

Payment

• Tuition payments are due on or before the first lesson of each month, no exceptions.
  
• Payments are accepted in the following forms: cash, checks made to “Learning Allegro”, or credit card.
  
• We are now pleased to offer “auto-pay” as an option for students paying by credit card. Please inform your instructor if you would like to use this method of payment.
  
  

Returned Check & Late Payment Fee

• There is a $35.00 returned check charge
  
• A $25.00 late fee assessed for all payments received after the 15th of the month.
  

Scheduling Changes, Missing a Lesson, Time-Slot Change Requests

• If you need to cancel a lesson or change your time slot for any reason, please contact the studio or your teacher directly and with at least 24 hours notice. All missed lessons without 24 hours notice will be forfeited.
  
• There will be no tuition credit for missed classes.
  
• In order for us to hire the very best professional teachers, we guarantee their fees. Once you are booked, your teacher will be there and they will be paid even if you cancel. Therefore, it is important to note that lack of attendance for any reason does not allow for a tuition rebate, refund, or credit towards future monthly tuition.
  
• If we receive 24 hours notice that a student will miss a lesson, we will do our best to make-up the lesson. However, we cannot guarantee that a make-up lesson will be available that will fit each student's schedule. Tuition is never adjusted for missed lessons.
  

Discounts and Prorated Tuition

• A 10% sibling or multiple lesson discount is available.
  
• Families who enroll in our auto pay program will receive a 5% discount on the monthly tuition
  
• Families who pay Quarterly (3 months advance payment) will receive a 10% discount on the tuition.
  
• A total of 2 months of prorated tuition is available during the following months: June, July and August.
  
• Sibling discounts do not apply with prorated tuition.
  

Holidays
Learning Allegro Studio will be closed on all major holidays. The tuition is calculated on an eleven and a half month calendar year which includes three weeks of holiday vacation time for the year. Typically, students receive four lessons per month. In some months, just because of the way the calendar works, students will receive five lessons. In other months, when a holiday comes into play, students may receive three lessons. The student tuition is the same regardless. Over the course of the year, all students receive the same number of lessons, typically forty-five.

Discontinuing Lessons
Students may terminate their enrollment at Learning Allegro at any time by simply notifying us and finishing out the current month.
If you are absent for (2) consecutive lessons without contacting your teacher, your lesson time slot will no longer be guaranteed.
