Grownup & Me
Our wonderful teacher, Miss Kate, structures classes to encourage language development, fine and gross motor growth, social interaction, and active participation. Each class includes instruments, props, and opportunities to learn age appropriate musical concepts and skills. Most importantly, music class allows for true uninterrupted connection between grownup and child. Dance, play, and end with a "snuggle and sing" song for a morning neither of you will forget!

Meet Miss Kate
I'm Miss Kate, a music educator with a degree in Music Education and additional certifications in early childhood music, vocal pedagogy, and years of experience teaching learners of all ages. After becoming a mom, I found my passion in early childhood music education. I love watching little ones learn, grow, explore, and light up through music. It's a joy and an honor to share that magic with your child!
"My 2 1/2 year-old son and I have been participating in Miss Kate's Grownup & Me class for almost a year and still look forward to it every week! Miss Kate has a lovely ability to connect with each child as an individual and adapts to met them where they are. Class is highly engaging and always involving, with a great balance of familiar favorites, new songs to learn, and songs that celebrate the seasons."

Meet Miss Wendy
In addition to owning Learning Allegro and teaching music, Miss Wendy has extensive experience teaching preschool in many settings. With a Masters in Education and her experience as a mom of 3, Miss Wendy knows how to keep little ones engaged and learning! By adapting lesson plans and focusing on the individual learning styles of each child, she makes each class a chance to learn and grow at each child's own pace.

Introduction to Music
Our Introduction to Music class is designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of music in young learners ages 4-6. Through hands-on exploration and engaging activities, children are encouraged to discover the world of music at their own pace while building confidence and developing foundational musical skills.
